Guarantor
A person who is responsible for paying the rent or repair costs should the tenant fail to pay by themselves. A guarantor is required when applying for rental housing, and the guarantor should have a certain amount of stable income. In recent years, it has become common to use a "rent liability guarantee company" in place of a guarantor.
