What Is Kita-Senju Station Like?
Kita-Senju Station in Adachi ward, ranks in 6th place for Japan’s busiest stations(as of year 2018), following major terminals stations such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Osaka Umeda, and Yokohama. As a side note, Tokyo ranks in 7th place. Surprisingly, Kita-Senju serves for more passengers annually than the enormous Tokyo Station.
After the year 2000, the station premises underwent redevelopment, and more commercial facilities and large scale apartments were built. This improved not only the transportation, but also the shopping environment, giving Kita-Senju a tremendous leap in convenience.
Kita-Senju has two exits: east and west. There are many Japanese pubs on either sides, so the place is great for those who enjoy drinking.
