•If you wish to re-contract after the expiration date of the contract, you cannot re-contract in the same room if the next person has made a reservation. In that case, we will introduce you to another property or room depending on the availability.
•Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises (including balconies). This includes electronic cigarettes.
•If you wish to keep a pet, an additional 100,000 yen will be charged as a pet deposit in addition to the rent.
