•If you wish to renew your contract after the expiration date, you will not be able to renew your contract for the same room if the next person has already made a reservation. In that case, we will introduce you to a different property or room depending on availability.
•Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises (including the balcony). This includes electronic cigarettes.
•If you keep a pet, an additional 100,000 yen will be charged as a pet deposit in addition to the rent as an initial fee.
•All rooms are furnished. Please note that furnished furniture cannot be removed.
•Regular cleaning of shared areas is carried out, but cleaning services for the rooms is not included in the price. If you wish, we can introduce you to an affiliated cleaning company.
