I feel my work worth doing when I find a room that a customer wants to live in and I see client's eyes sparkle.I love taking clients to the apartment viewings. During the viewing you can not only see the actual property, but also see the customer's reactions. If there is no sparkle in clien's eyes, we can dig deeper to find a perfect apartment!However, we mainly assist foreign customers, and many of them are overseas when they apply for properties. I can still see client's eyes sparkle when I offer an apartment that meets their needs online. Even so, I preffer in person viewings.
International department doesn't have as many opportunities to take clients for in person viewings as our Local Department has. Maybe this is the one of the reasons why I cherish every time I have a chance to show the apartment to the client in person.I want make more client`s eyes sparkle!

I love many things about Japan, such as its beauty, culture, and martial arts. But there is one thing I love that also helps me work as a real estate agent. It is an excellent safety of the country.From time to time we are approached by people from countries where fraud is quite common.

I think that Odaiba is a good place to spend time in general, but I especially love Odaiba Seaside Park. You can see the Rainbow Bridge, ride a water bus, or just sit back and relax.
