What I look for in a room

I chose a place that is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the nearest station. I'm not a morning person, so proximity to the station was one of my prerequisites.
Every person has their own idea of an ideal room, but finding a place that meets all of your desires is no easy task. In my case, I had to compromise on the rent and the noise for the convenient location.

Rooms near the station are usually located along major roads or railroads, so some noise is inevitable. But I also had a limit on the rent I could pay, so I ended up with the room I currently live in.
Since it lets me do away with the daily stress of walking long distances to the station, I can keep living there for a long time.

What I like about this job

"Every encounter happens for a reason".
    This is my favorite saying.

I wanted to do a job that leaves a lasting impression in people, which is why I got into the real estate business.
I myself have gone house hunting in the past, and I still clearly remember the name of the agent that helped me out, and the kind of service he provided. Similarly, I want to create good and lasting memories for my clients through this job.

House hunting is like the start of a new chapter in life. It would make me happy if I can help out in this new start, no matter how little it may be.
Together, we can find your ideal room.

    What I like about Japan

It has been more than 10 years since I first came to Japan. For me, the best thing about Japan is its comfort and livability.
There are convenience stores everywhere you go, so I have never had any problems with buying daily necessities.

In other countries I've lived in, I couldn't travel far without a car, but here in Japan, rail transport is well-developed and very extensive. With plenty of trains, Shinkansens, and even a maglev in the near future, you can visit every region of the country easily.

What's more, they are known for their punctuality and comfort. Every visitor to Japan should experience riding the trains here.

Recommended spot

  • Minato Mirai

A major area in Yokohama for food, shopping, and sightseeing.

It features the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, the Cosmo World amusement park, the Bashamichi shopping street, Yamashita Park, the Yokohama Chinatown, and many other popular attractions.

    A must-visit when you're in Yokohama.

  • Tokyo Tower

A prominent landmark and symbol of Tokyo.
It was completed over 60 years ago, but it has remained a popular sightseeing spot in the city.

In recent years, the tower is usually lighted up in different colors to commemorate specific events. Make sure to check it out the next time you're in the area.

  • Enoshima

This famous place in Kanagawa Prefecture is one of the best day trip destinations you can visit from Tokyo, accessible in just around 1 hour.

It's a place where you can enjoy both the sea and the mountain.

You can admire a view of the sunset while walking along a sandy beach or from an observation deck on top of a mountain.

A popular way to visit it is by riding on the Enoshima Electric Railway. You can also find some locations that have been depicted in popular anime and manga.

Recommended food

  • Musashiya

The original Yokohama Ie-kei ramen! Some branches offer free servings of rice or a small size "chibi ramen", great whether you're a big or small eater.

The ingredients may be simple, but you'll definitely want to try it again. Make sure to visit this ramen shop that sees many repeat customers!

  • Sukiya

One of the three major "gyudon" beef bowl chains in Japan. Besides the popular gyudon, you can enjoy a large lineup of dishes at reasonable prices.

There are branches all over the country, so check out the branch near you.

  • Marugame Seimen

A restaurant chain where you can enjoy authentic but inexpensive Sanuki udon.
Marugame Seimen does not premanufacture their noodles in factories, but makes them fresh at each branch.
You might notice some slight differences in the firmness of the noodles depending on the day or branch.

Their extensive udon menu includes some popular limited offerings that feature seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy freshly deep-fried tempura as a side dish. Try it out!

Feel free to consult me about anything!

I'm also a foreign national living in Japan who has had plenty of experiences, both good things and bad.

I think that house hunting is one of the first obstacles faced by foreigners coming to live in Japan.
I'm now in a position to help others regarding this issue, and I want to share my knowledge and support in many other things besides real estate.

Of course, you can also ask me about any problems you may have as you begin your life in Japan.
You can think of me as your friend.
