    What I like

    【I love arts & crafts. 】

I was into art & crafts from a young age, and after I would get home from school, without eating dinner I would go straight to my room and start making toys and such, and my mom would usually get mad at me for that. Even now, while watching Youtube tutorials and a crafting motor, I often stay up all night making cars or bullet trains from cardboard boxes (lol).

Also, when I was viewing the apartment I just moved into, I measured the dimensions of the windows, bought a sewing machine and materials, and before moving in I made my own original curtains, blanket covers, and kotatsu futon covers. They're not super beautiful or anything, but I'm proud to have made them by my own hands (lol).

What I like about this job

One reason why I love my job is that a real estate agent is an indispensible necessity for a person to live. To be able to find a property that directly meets the needs of a customer, to have them fall in love with your recommended property, and to receive thanks for making their wishes come true, really motivates me in this job.

I, myself, have moved 3 times, so I understand the concerns of someone who is looking for a new apartment. Moving is tough, so I don't think there are a lot of people who don't want to continue living in the same place for a long time. That's why I want to really understand the customer's needs, introduce only those properties that fulfill those needs, and raise the customer's satisfaction.

    What I like about Japan

Many people from different countries have the impression that Japanese people are very well-mannered. They say that this comes from the age-old samurai code of honor called "bushido." For example, bowing deeply, maintaining your posture while eating, or standing in line at the checkout counter in the supermarket, to name a few.

It is well established that Japanese manners and morals are unified as a society, and this knowledge is indispensible for an individual in society.

Recommended spot

  • Matsuhima, Miyagi

    Matsuhima, Miyagi

Matsushima is an archipelago in and around Miyagi's Matsushima Port, and is counted as one of the "Three Great Views of Japan." You can enjoy sightseeing and traveling around the island via the Matsushima Pleasure Boat.

  • Kinosaki Hot Spring

    Kinosaki Hot Spring

This hot spring is the remnants of an old Japanese Onsen Town. You can see the beautiful scenery of the weeping willows and ishibashis hanging over the Ootani River.

  • Himeji Castle

    Himeji Castle

Inside Himeji Castle, you can see countless pieces of history still left behind, including the popularized Okiku Well in the Banshu Plate House.

Recommended food

  • Monjayaki

    Monjayaki

Smooth it out on the hot plate and leave it for a while, scoop it up with a spatula, eat it with a rice cake, or leave it for a while longer and the juices and sauce will come out, making the rice cake even more delicious.

  • Takoyaki

    Takoyaki

Takoyaki is delicious the way it is, with the outside being crunchy and the inside is juicy. Pairing it with sauce or mayonnaise is also amazing.

  • Sendai Seri Nabe

    Sendai Seri Nabe

Even the root is delicious. It cooks quickly, so you cook it in the hot pot like shabu shabu, and you'll get addicted to the crispy texture, and the spread of the scent of seri (Japanese parsley) in your mouth.

Message

I'll do my best to find apartments for Vietnamese customers.

"I found a great apartment, but they don't allow foreigners, or I need a Japanese guarantor, or I don't understand the contents of the contract." I believe there are many foreigners who have such concerns.

But with us, you don't need to have such worries. We introduce properties that are foreigner-friendly and don't need guarantors, and we have staff who speak multiple languages, so we can walk you through the contracts and property information sheets. Please feel free to inquire with any questions you may have.
