-This is a fixed-term lease contract, and you must move out on the expiration date of the contract.
-There will be an examination for moving in. After receiving the quotation, you will need to submit the following documents when proceeding with the application.
1. Copy of passport or Japanese driver's license
2. Copy of visa or COE (not required for visa-exempt countries or those entering the country without a visa)
3. Payer's balance certificate (screenshot of internet banking is acceptable) or document that can prove employment relationship (employee ID, employment contract, etc.)

*If you have a roommate, they should also submit documents 1 and 2.
*Japanese nationals do not need to submit document 2.
*Contracts of less than two months are paid in advance in one lump sum, so please submit only document 1.

-If you cancel before the expiration date of the contract, a penalty fee may be incurred. If you wish to re-contract after the expiration date of the contract, you cannot re-contract in the same room if the next person has made a reservation. In that case, we will introduce you to another property or room depending on the availability.
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises (including balconies). This includes electronic cigarettes.

・If you keep a pet, an additional 100,000 yen will be charged as a pet deposit in addition to the rent.

・All rooms are furnished. Please note that furnished furniture cannot be removed.

・Regular cleaning of shared areas is carried out, but cleaning service inside the rooms is not included in the price. If you wish, we can introduce you to an affiliated cleaning company.

*The rent shown is the monthly fee based on a 3-month contract. For longer contract periods, the rent may fluctuate depending on the contract terms and may be lower.
