    What I like

I like to discover delicious food and interesting things in the town I live in (Tsukuba).

You can eat food that you have never eaten at a restaurant that you have never been to on your day off.
Try arranging your own room by taking pictures of the natural scenery and cityscape
I like to enjoy the holidays.

What I like about this job

I find it rewarding to propose a room that suits my lifestyle to customers who want to find a room.

We guide and hear from our customers and tell them a lot of stories.
For going on to higher education, getting married, becoming independent, changing jobs, etc., where the customer stands at the crossroads of life, etc.
The desire to support your strength will become stronger.
And I'm most happy to give the key to the customer on the day of moving in!

    What I like about Japan

What I like about Japan is that spring, summer, autumn and winter are clear. You can live while feeling the four seasons.

When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in spring, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of Japan.
When I first came to Japan, I rented an apartment at Amakubo 2-chome near the University of Tsukuba.
There is a cherry blossom street near my house, and when the wind blows, the cherry blossoms fall, which is very nice.

Recommended spot

  • Owarai Beach

    Owarai Beach

You can see the sunrise rising from the white torii that stands in the sea.
About 50 minutes by car from Tsukuba city.

  • Tsukuba Mountain

    Tsukuba Mountain

Mt. Tsukuba is a symbol of Tsukuba City, which is famous as "Fuji in the west and Tsukuba in the east".
In addition to experiencing mountain climbing, hot springs, and plum festivals, the view of the town from the top of the mountain at night is also spectacular.

  • Hanchounomori Park

    Hanchounomori Park

Although it is not a famous tourist destination, it is a park located in Tsukuba City Techno Park Sakura.
Flowers bloom on the shores of the lake, making it a recommended spot for a change of pace or a walk because there are not many people.

Recommended food

  • ZEYO udon

    ZEYO udon

A curry udon restaurant where you can specify the spiciness up to 1-50 times. It seems that there is only one store in Ibaraki prefecture.
The price is also reasonable. Students and members can add taste balls and spinach for 20 yen!

  • Sapporo Genghis Khan Menyo

    Sapporo Genghis Khan Menyo

TFresh mutton with no odor. I order an all-you-can-eat course every time.

  • Haoraiwu

    Haoraiwu

would like to recommend "suan cai fish", "pork ribs", and "Mabo-Harusame".
Authentic Chinese food and reasonable price. Takeout is possible.
