    What I like

I like to collect perfumes of different brands and flavors.

The fragrance of perfume does not necessarily last long, it is invisible to the naked eye, and does not have a fixed shape to maintain, but it will remain in the human olfactory memory.

What I like about this job

What makes me most meaningful in this job is to find a suitable house based on the needs of customers.

For foreigners who come to Japan for the first time, it takes a lot of time and energy to find a suitable house. When they find a house they like, they are often refused to live by "foreigners". As an employee of a real estate agency, I need to stand in the position of the guest, find the ideal residence for the guest, and help the guest move in smoothly.

    What I like about Japan

Japan's cleanliness is very famous all over the world.
Surprisingly, you can not find trash cans on the streets of Japan.

Japan has a cultural heritage of keeping clean and tidy. In the past, Japanese convenience stores would provide customers with plastic bags. These plastic bags would become garbage bags that Japanese people carry with them and take the generated garbage home. Now in Japan, where environmental protection is promoted, everyone, including me, always carries their own shopping bags.

Recommended spot

  • Hitachi Seaside Park

    Hitachi Seaside Park

This is the largest park in Ibaraki Prefecture. Nemophila flowers in spring are very popular throughout Japan. There are entertainment facilities in the park, such as an amusement park, a barbecue area, a bicycle lane, and so on. Many interesting activities are carried out every year, and you can enjoy the beauty of nature. The location of this park is close to the sea, and it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Oarai Coast.

  • Ushiku Buddha

    Ushiku Buddha

This is 120 meters high and the largest bronze Buddha statue in the world.
Inside the Buddha statue, there is an exhibition area and an observatory. There is a small zoo and flower fields in the park where you can get in touch with small animals. Near the Buddha statue, there is also an outlet store, you can take a rest, and shopping as you like.

  • Ashikaga Flower Park

    Ashikaga Flower Park

There are eight flowering stages in a year. The wisteria flowers here are very famous. Every spring, more than 350 wisteria flowers bloom together. In addition, there are a wide variety of flowers such as peonies, roses, water lilies, plum blossoms, etc. that can be admired in the garden.

Recommended food

  • Beef cutlet

    Beef cutlet

Although Japanese tonkatsu is very famous, I personally prefer tonkatsu. Fried steak has a shorter frying time than tonkatsu, and the meat is relatively tender and delicious.

  • Kani Douraku

    Kani Douraku

It is a specialty store that originated in Osaka. Everything from shells to meat is deliciously cooked in the store with fresh food. If you are coming to Japan for the first time, please try it!

  • Sashimi

    Sashimi

When it comes to Japanese fish dishes, sashimi is worth mentioning.
The deliciousness of sashimi needs to be reflected by fresh seasonal ingredients. Wasabi and ginger also add a different flavor to the sashimi.

Support you to find a property.

Foreigners renting a house in Japan will be plagued by unique rental rules, guarantors and other issues. We will not only provide room-finding services for foreign guests, but also communicate with them all the time in terms of daily needs and other aspects. For example, the children's school route, information about the surrounding environment, and so on. Provide necessary support for guests to better integrate into Japanese life.
