My hobby is listening to music. I enjoy not only Vietnamese music but also music from China, America, Japan, and other countries.
I particularly like listening to songs from many decades ago as they often align with my personal style.

The first time I went apartment hunting on my own was during my second year at Japanese language school. At that time, my Japanese language skills were not very strong, so when I visited real estate agencies, I couldn't understand the conversations with the staff at all. I had no idea about the procedures, and it took a lot of time and effort to finally rent a place. It was a very challenging experience for me.
From that point on, I decided to learn about renting apartments in Japan, both for my own benefit and to help my friends and others around me. After graduating from university, I got a job at a real estate agency. Here, I gained a lot of knowledge about renting apartments and worked to provide support to ensure that many Vietnamese people didn't struggle or worry about the rental process.I find great satisfaction when customers are able to successfully rent an apartment without any issues.

What I feel most living in Japan is the sincerity of the Japanese people. Regardless of the situation, they always fulfill their roles diligently. Even in cases where we've forgotten something at a supermarket or restaurant, the staff will keep it safe until we return to retrieve it, so we worry less about losing things and feel reassured.
Ōsu Shopping Arcade" is one of the largest shopping arcades in Nagoya. With over 1,000 shops, it offers a wide variety of options, including restaurants serving cuisine from various countries. Many of these establishments are budget-friendly, making it a highly recommended destination for shopping and dining without breaking the bank.
Every year, the theme for the illumination changes. Visiting in the autumn allows you to enjoy both the beautiful autumn foliage and the illuminated displays, creating a fantastic experience. Additionally, there is a wide variety of flower species to admire.
Visiting here allows you to immerse yourself in various cultures by trying on costumes from different countries and savoring their representative dishes. It provides a deeper understanding of the cultures from around the world.
The ramen and fried rice (チャーハン) here are incredibly delicious. They have extended business hours and are open late into the night, which is especially convenient for busy individuals who often work late.
They have a wide variety of high-quality meats, and on top of that, the prices are affordable.
It's a specialty of Nagoya City. Once you try it, you'll want to eat it again.
